About the role

Therapy Technician supporting therapy services under supervision, assisting with patient preparation, treatment, and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and treatment areas for therapy sessions
• Assist therapists with treatments and monitor patient comfort
• Transport patients and equipment, ensuring safety and compliance
• Maintain and clean therapy equipment and supplies
• Process therapy orders, schedule appointments, and complete documentation
• Provide clerical support including answering phones, registration, and billing
• Set up therapy equipment and manage stock of supplies

Qualifications & Skills

• High School diploma or GED
• Less than 1 year of patient care experience preferred
• Effective communication and visual acuity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory standards
