About the role
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapy professional to lead and oversee therapy services within a community-focused healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in daily therapy operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments.
- Providing direct patient care, understanding individual needs, and fostering positive patient relationships.
- Ensuring policies and treatments are properly implemented while delivering personalized, compassionate care.
- Leading a team to promote effective collaboration and optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current state licensure or certification in physical therapy.
- CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program.
- Minimum of three years of physical therapy or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical practice.
- Experience with therapy clinical ladders or specialty certifications preferred.
