About the role
The Rehab Technician contributes to high quality, patient-centered care by performing nonprofessional supportive therapy functions, under the direct supervision of licensed therapist. The Rehab Technician assists in the setup, cleaning, and maintenance of therapeutic equipment. The Rehab Technician accepts other responsibilities as needed, including patient transport, departmental clerical duties, inventory maintenance, and other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS (Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
Qualifications
- Completion of Rehab Tech course (preferred)
- Certified Rehab Tech (preferred)
Schedule
PRN shifts will be 8 hour shifts that vary between 7:30am-4:30pm with one weekend per month required.
