About the role
You will work closely with patients to assess their conditions and create personalized care plans. You will consistently document each patient’s medical history and progress, and communicate any problems to your supervisor and other team members.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Document medical history and track patient progress
- Communicate patient status and concerns to supervisors and team members
Requirements
- Certification from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
Skills
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration
- Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
- Effective communication (active listening, writing, speaking, reading comprehension)
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving
Pay
Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,229 (includes $1,429 weekly stipend)
Schedule
5 days per week, 8-hour day shifts
