Responsibilities
- Work closely with patients to assess their conditions and create personalized care plans
- Consistently document patient medical history and progress
- Communicate patient problems to supervisors and other team members
Requirements
- Certification from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
- Effective communication skills (active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension)
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
Pay
