Physical Therapy Manager (Sign on Bonus!) - Full Time

About the role

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Manager for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Requirements

• Master's degree or doctorate in physical therapy required.
• Current state PT license required in AZ prior to start.
• PT certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years practicing as a physical therapist, with recent outpatient experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of management or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience working in an outpatient clinic environment, including operational oversight and staff supervision.

Essential Functions

• Implement and enforce written policies and procedures for all physical therapy department processes.
• Manage development of short- and long-term work plans and objectives for rehabilitation services.
• Coordinate with physicians and administration to implement appropriate courses of action to achieve service goals.
• Oversee and manage clinic purchasing and supply processes.
• Ensure employee and patient rights are upheld.
• Effectively use all aspects of the clinic software and EMR; communicate with physicians via direct messaging when appropriate.
• Assist with selection, training, orientation, and supervision of personnel, and review monthly performance metrics.
• Manage day-to-day staffing requirements and conduct scheduled team/clinic meetings.
• Conduct performance management reviews in a timely fashion.
