Physical Therapy Manager - Full Time

Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Manager to lead outpatient therapy services, recruit and train staff, develop treatment strategies, and oversee patient care and rehabilitation operations. Key Responsibilities Implement and enforce departmental policies and procedures.Develop short- and long-term plans for rehabilitation services.Coordinate with physicians and administration to meet service goals.Manage clinic supplies, purchasing, and operational workflows.Ensure employee and patient rights are upheld.Utilize clinic software and EMR systems effectively, including direct communication with physicians.Participate in staff hiring, training, onboarding, and performance reviews.Oversee daily staffing needs and facilitate team meetings.Conduct performance evaluations and manage staff development. Qualifications & Skills Master’s or doctorate in physical therapy; current state PT license and certification required.CPR certification required.At least 5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience, with 1–2 years in leadership preferred.Experience with outpatient clinic operations and staff supervision.
