Physical Therapy Clinical Coordinator

About the role

The Orthopaedic Center is seeking a Physical Therapy Clinic Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time position averages 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Examine, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments to patients referred by appropriate professionals.
• Fulfill management responsibilities under the supervision of the Director of Therapy.
• Aide positions in certain locations.
• Address any employee or patient matters on site as they arise.
• Work closely with HR and the Director of Therapy in cases where more action is required.

Requirements

• Education: HS/GED.
• Licenses: Degree from an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy Program, Current Physical Therapy License in the state of Alabama.
• Certifications: CPR Certified.

• Capable of directing staff in a way to ensure an engaging environment for staff and patients that aligns with the goals and mission of TOCAbility.
• Outstanding organizational and writing skills.
• Independent, self-starting, and highly motivated.
• Prominent positive, "teamwork" attitude in work history.
