About the Role

NW Sports Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking a Clinic Director who is an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist. The role combines leadership of an outpatient orthopaedic team with direct patient care, focusing on developing clinicians, elevating patient outcomes, and fostering a positive, high‑performing clinic culture in Lakewood, WA.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient‑centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations, including patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling.
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with regional leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth.
• Continue developing leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others required.

Compensation

Competitive Clinic Director salary ranging from $85,000 to $105,000, plus a $20,000 sign‑on bonus. Additional monthly clinical and leadership bonus opportunities are available.
