Physical Therapy Clinic Aide - Tacoma Allenmore

About the role

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) has an immediate opening for a full-time Physical Therapy Clinic Aide at our Tacoma Allenmore clinic. This is an entry-level, non-treating position. Clinic Aides assist all clinic personnel by providing clinic and front-office support. The primary responsibility is to provide therapeutic modality setups upon the direction of the therapy staff. Aides work under close supervision by physical therapists, occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives.

Responsibilities

• Set up therapeutic modalities as directed by therapy staff
• Perform administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and answering phones
• Manage laundry duties
• Stock exam rooms
• Handle ordering and inventory management
• Provide general clinic and front-office support

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (no Saturdays)
