Physical Therapy Clinic Aide

About the role

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) has an immediate opening for a full-time Physical Therapy Clinic Aide at our Covington clinic. Clinic Aides assist all clinic personnel by providing clinic and front-office support. The primary responsibility is to set up therapeutic modalities upon the direction of therapy staff, and they also perform various administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, answering phones, laundry, stocking exam rooms, ordering, and inventory, among other duties. Aides work under close supervision by physical and occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives. This is an entry-level, non-treating position.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinic personnel with clinic and front-office support
• Set up therapeutic modalities as directed by therapy staff
• Perform administrative tasks: filing, scanning, answering phones
• Handle laundry
• Stock exam rooms
• Ordering and inventory management
• Other related duties as assigned

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (No Saturdays)
