Physical Therapy Clinic Aide - Pierce County

About the role

Physical Therapy Clinic Aide provides clinic and front‑office support, assists therapy staff with therapeutic modality setups, and performs administrative and support tasks such as filing, scanning, answering phones, laundry, stocking exam rooms, ordering, and inventory. The position is entry‑level and non‑treating, with close supervision by physical and occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist all clinic personnel with clinic and front‑office support
• Set up therapeutic modalities upon direction of therapy staff
• Perform administrative tasks (filing, scanning, answering phones)
• Handle laundry
• Stock exam rooms
• Manage ordering and inventory
• Other related tasks as needed

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (schedule may vary by clinic location).
