About the role

Physical Therapy Clinic Aide supporting clinic personnel with clinic and front-office duties, therapeutic modality setups, administrative tasks, laundry, stocking, ordering, and inventory under supervision of therapists and patient service representatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist all clinic personnel with clinic and front-office support
• Set up therapeutic modalities as directed by therapy staff
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, answering phones
• Handle laundry
• Stock exam rooms
• Order supplies and manage inventory
• Other related duties as assigned

Schedule

Monday – Friday (no Saturdays) between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm; specific hours to be determined.
