How You'll Make an Impact

• Provide 1:1, play-based therapy sessions to children with various conditions
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, balance, coordination, strength, and functional independence
• Use creative, child-centered interventions to keep kids engaged and progressing
• Aid in gross motor skill development such as walking, running, jumping, stair navigation, and balance activities
• Support the use and monitoring of adaptive equipment and orthotics, ensuring proper fit and function
• Coach parents/caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies
• Complete electronic documentation in a timely and compliant manner
• Collaborate daily with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and clinic staff for coordinated, whole-child care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment

What We're Looking For

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
