Join our established healthcare practice as a dependable, patient-focused PTA. This part-time position offers a flexible 1–2 day-per-week schedule with no weekend shifts, ideal for those who enjoy hands-on patient care and a supportive team environment.

Pay

$40–$45 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

• Part-time: 1–2 days per week
• Shifts available Monday–Thursday
• No weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic exercises, stretching, and rehabilitation treatments according to the patient's plan of care
• Perform passive, active, and PNF stretching
• Assist with manual therapeutic techniques
• Administer treatment modalities, including Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), US and Laser therapy, spinal decompression and traction, Shockwave therapy, and WBV
• Educate patients on exercises, treatment plans, and ways to actively participate in their recovery
• Monitor patient progress and communicate relevant changes to the clinical team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
• Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the office
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient care
• Maintain treatment tables and equipment to ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, nurses, and ancillary staff to deliver comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Florida required
• Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, chiropractic, or an integrated healthcare setting is a plus
