About the role
As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to assist in treating patients. You will be part of a dynamic team involved in the growth and development of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
- Aid patients through all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
- Communicate with patients about their treatment plans and document patient conditions and responses in charts after each session.
- Interact with Physical Therapists, Directors of Rehab, and facility staff to ensure continuous communication.
- Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited program.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications

Pay
The salary range for this position is $25,000 - $30,000 annually.
Schedule
Shifts are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
