Responsibilities
Create and implement personalized therapy plans that help children reach meaningful milestones. Turning therapy into fun, engaging experiences through play-based activities, building strong relationships with patients, families, and teammates, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, well-rounded care.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas
- A passion for working with children and making therapy both effective and fun
- Physical ability to move, play, and engage with children throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with patient positioning
- Ability to transition between sitting, standing, kneeling, and more
- Ability to use quick, responsive movements to support patient needs
