We specialize in helping patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life through personalized rehabilitation. What You'll Do Guide patients through therapeutic and corrective exercisesProgress individualized rehabilitation programsProvide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-educationPerform therapeutic modalities within scopeEducate and motivate patientsComplete accurate daily documentationCommunicate with PTs and other providers Qualifications Active Florida PTA licenseMinimum 2 years of PTA experienceStrong communication and documentation skillsPositive, patient-focused attitude Schedule & Compensation $65,000–$74,000 base salary + $2,500–$6,000 annual bonus potentialTuesday & Thursday – half daysNo weekends1 week paid vacationFree 1-hour massage each monthOffice products available at cost Join an established practice with 18 years in the community and a collaborative team focused on helping patients get back to doing what they love.
