About the role

Join our team as a Physical Therapy Assistant, providing skilled and compassionate physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interventions to relieve pain, maintain function, and support safe performance.
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and use of physical agents like heat, cold, and ultrasound.
• Educate patients on safe use of mobility devices and monitor patient responses to treatment.
• Document clinical notes accurately and participate in interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program with an associate degree.
• Current PTA certification or licensure as required by state law.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Current CPR certification and a reliable, insured vehicle.
