Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA (Full Time)

About the Role

The physical therapist assistant assumes responsibility and accountability for providing physical therapy modalities and treatment procedures as determined by the plan of care established by a physical therapist. This role operates in an outpatient setting in Ludington, MI, and adheres to the State of Michigan Public Health Code Act 368 of 1978, as well as facility and departmental policies and procedures. The PTA collaborates with the patient’s team to maintain high standards of professional practice and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Requirements

• Graduate from a physical therapist assistant training program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Associate’s Degree
• State of Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant License or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to hire date
