Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Full Time

About the role

Orwigsburg Nursing and Rehab is looking for full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our in-house therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT according to state practice guidelines.
• Document progress in daily treatment notes and complete all required documentation as indicated by state guidelines.
• Document treatments and follow up with interdisciplinary team members for best practice.
• Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Monitor treatments as indicated by the physician orders.
• Participate in implementation of resident care plans.
• Work with interdisciplinary team to improve residents' quality of life by providing optimal care and addressing care plans.

Requirements

• Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
