About the role
Powerback is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to help patients get well and bring their power back. In this role, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You will address the whole patient as an individual, executing programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities. You'll collaborate with peers, make referrals when needed, and ensure patients and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Implement physical therapy programs and activities
- Follow developed recovery plans
- Deliver therapy treatments
- Execute programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to help patients get the care they need
- Ensure patients and families receive high-quality service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice
Pay
USD $30.00 - USD $37.00 /Hr. FT PTAs earn up to $40.70/hr – ask about our MOD Comp Program!
