As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities by implementing therapy programs and delivering treatments in skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, or home-based care. You'll collaborate with peers, make referrals, and provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities
- Implement physical therapy programs and activities based on developed recovery plans.
- Deliver therapy treatments to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities.
- Address the whole patient, treating them as an individual with unique needs.
- Adapt to patient needs and find joy in the variety of work and settings.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
- Prioritize patient-centered care, ensuring high-quality service in a compassionate atmosphere.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $27.00 - USD $34.00 per hour. Sign-On Bonus: USD $15,000.00.
