Responsibilities
- Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
- Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
- Address the whole patient, restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing their physical abilities.
- Adapt to patient needs and collaborate with peers, making referrals as needed.
- Ensure patients and families receive high-quality, compassionate care.
- Work in a patient-centered environment focused on recovery and wellness.
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll help patients regain their strength and independence in various settings, including skilled nursing centers, assisted living facilities, and outpatient clinics.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $27.56 - USD $30.28 per hour.
