Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
About the Role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments in skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, or home-based care settings. You will collaborate with peers, make referrals as needed, and ensure patients and their families receive high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities
- Implement physical therapy programs and activities tailored to patient needs.
- Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
- Address the whole patient, ensuring individualized and compassionate care.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to other care providers as needed.
- Ensure patients and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring atmosphere.
- Adapt to the needs of patients and work in varied settings (facilities, clinics, or home-based care).
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $30.00 - USD $38.00 per hour.
