Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Rehab, as a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You're a healer and a helper, focusing on restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing physical abilities. You're adaptable to patient needs and enjoy the variety of work and settings. You collaborate with peers and refer to specialists when necessary. Your goal is to ensure patients and their families receive high-quality service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
Pay
Full-Time PTA's earn up to $40.70/hr. Ask about our MOD COMP program!
