About the Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You will address the whole patient, restore and enhance their physical abilities, and adapt to their needs. You will collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
This role reports to the Director of Rehab and is based in a facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
- Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
- Address the whole patient, seeing them as an individual.
- Restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities.
- Adapt to the needs of the patient and work in various settings.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals for additional care as needed.
- Ensure patients and their families receive high-quality, compassionate service.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $30.00 - USD $38.00 per hour.
