Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions using a secure, web-based system.
• Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers via the secure messaging platform.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA).
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• Pass a background check.
• Experience in home health care is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends.
