Responsibilities

• Assist with facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical, or mental disabilities.
• Assist with implementation of physical therapy care plans.
• Assist with coordination of care with the entire care team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support, and other care team members.

Requirements

• Current State of Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License.
• Skilled Nursing, Healthcare (Long Term Care), or Veterans Home experience highly preferred.
• Experience with EMR.
• Truly cares for people and will go above and beyond to provide outstanding patient care.
