About the Role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Powerback, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You will work in facility settings, reporting to the Director of Rehab, to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities. Your role is patient-centered, ensuring individuals and their families receive high-quality, compassionate care. You will collaborate with peers and make referrals as needed to support patient well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Implement physical therapy programs and activities tailored to patient needs.
  • Follow and execute developed recovery plans to restore patient functionality.
  • Deliver therapy treatments in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
  • Address the holistic needs of patients, treating them as individuals.
  • Collaborate with teammates and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Adapt to varying patient needs and work environments with flexibility and joy.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $29.00 - USD $35.00 per hour. Bonus: USD $20,000.00.
