We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Skilled Nursing facility to join a full‑time team dedicated to exceptional care and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical, or mental disabilities.
• Assist with implementation of physical therapy care plans.
• Assist with coordination of care with the entire care team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support, and other care team members.

Requirements

• PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant) license in the State of Texas.
• Skilled Nursing, Healthcare (Long‑Term Care) or Veterans Home experience highly preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Demonstrated genuine care for people and a commitment to outstanding patient care.
