About the role

As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will assist in delivering customized physical therapy programs under the direction of a Physical Therapist. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options to fit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing customized physical therapy programs under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through targeted therapy exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.

Requirements

• State of Iowa Physical Therapy Assistant License
• Experience preferred—but we’re also willing to invest in new grads!
