About the role
The Horsham Center for Jewish Life is looking for FT or PRN Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our wonderful in-house therapy team!
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT according to state practice guidelines.
- Document progress in daily treatment notes and complete all required documentation as indicated by state guidelines.
- Follow up with interdisciplinary team members for best practice.
- Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
- Monitor treatments as indicated by physician orders.
- Participate in implementation of resident care plans.
- Work with interdisciplinary team to improve residents quality of life by providing optimal care and address care plans.
Requirements
- Must provide current license and/or registration as Physical Therapist Assistant.
