About the role
The Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking full-time or PRN Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our in-house therapy team.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist according to state practice guidelines.
- Document progress in daily treatment notes and complete all required documentation as indicated by state guidelines.
- Follow up with interdisciplinary team members to ensure best practices.
- Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
- Monitor treatments as indicated by physician orders.
- Participate in the implementation of resident care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve residents' quality of life by providing optimal care and addressing care plans.
Requirements
- Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
