In-home Physical Therapy Assistant providing care to clients, primarily former Nuclear Weapons Workers, following physician's care plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly in-home visits
- Deliver physical therapy services
- Document client progress
- Report concerns to the care team
- Participate in interdisciplinary activities
- Promote safety and confidentiality
Requirements
- Current license or eligibility as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Minimum six months of experience
- Strong communication skills
- Valid, insured driver’s license with a clean driving record
