Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

About the Role

Join our in‑house Rehabilitation Program delivering advanced treatment technologies and interventions through professional Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams. Our goal is to provide excellent post‑acute care rehabilitation experiences to every patient entrusted to our care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with facilitation of rehabilitation for patients with emotional, physical, or mental disabilities.
• Assist with implementation of physical therapy care plans.
• Coordinate care with the entire care team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support, and other team members.

Requirements

• PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant) license in the State of Texas.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or veterans home settings (highly preferred).
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Demonstrated genuine care for patients and a commitment to outstanding patient care.
• Desire for flexibility that supports quality of life while delivering high‑quality therapy.
• Passion for therapy and teaching.
