Key Responsibilities Provision of Care: Implements treatment plans, selects appropriate activities, revises goals with therapists and patients, provides education, discharge instructions, and referrals, acting as a resource for staff and families.Documentation: Records treatment sessions and completes required documentation per protocols.General Requirements: Upholds ethical practices, maintains confidentiality, punctuality, dress code, and effective communication. Participates in meetings, organizes workload, uses equipment safely, and follows infection prevention protocols.Customer Service: Promotes positive patient and team experiences, applies service principles, and fosters teamwork and respect.Professional Development: Engages in ongoing education, completes competencies, participates in orientation, and maintains licensure requirements. Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associates in Physical Therapy, PTA license, and BLS certification are required. Additional licenses or certifications may be necessary.
