Physical Therapy Assistant, In House

Position Overview

Casper Mountain is seeking a Full-Time or PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their in-house rehabilitation team in Casper, Wyoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide treatment interventions as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Absorb residents with exercises focused on strength, mobility, balance, and coordination
• Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress or concerns to the supervising PT
• Instruct patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility techniques
• Ensure proper use of assistive devices and safety precautions
• Document treatments accurately and timely in accordance with regulations
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment

Qualifications

• Active Wyoming Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing with all applicable licensing boards
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or long-term care preferred
• Familiarity with Net Health documentation system is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
