About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to perform home visits with adult and geriatric patients. The role involves flexibility and travel throughout the office's coverage area. Positions are available on a per diem, part-time, or full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in achieving or maintaining optimal physical well-being through treatment, tests, client education, and appropriate interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Must have current licensure or certification in the state of Colorado.
  • Must have graduated from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or have at least two years of appropriate experience as a PTA and a satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam conducted, approved, or sponsored by the U.S. Public Health Service.
  • Must have at least one year’s work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
  • Perform other tasks as requested.

Requirements
