Your Role in Action

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising PT, focusing on strength, balance, endurance, mobility, balance, developmental milestones.
• Lead or assist with functional movement activities such as sit-to-stand transfers, gait training, and balance exercises.
• Support participants in maintaining safe mobility and independence during daily activities within the center.
• Monitor and assist with adaptive equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, orthotics) to ensure safety and proper use.
• Engage participants in motivating, functional exercises that promote participation and enjoyment.
• Observe and report changes in function, safety, or medical status to the supervising PT and care team.
• Complete electronic documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
