Physical Therapy Assistant

About the role

Our family-owned long-term care facility in Northern Colorado (Larimer County) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. We serve a diverse group of long-term residents with low staffing ratios, supported by an experienced clinical team and leadership in geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the treatment plan developed by and under the supervision of the Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Communicate with the Physical Therapist regarding patient progress, concerns, and plans.
• Apply therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient’s presentation and the therapist’s instructions.
• Participate in patient Plan of Care meetings when requested by the Director of Rehab.
• Record treatment notes, progress notes, and objective input for discharge summaries.
• Complete daily billing of services in accordance with policy and procedures.

Pay

$32–$39 per hour
