Traits and Requirements
- A compassionate and well-versed Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience working in a long-term care setting
- Strong collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in treating patients according to a treatment plan
- Ability to communicate effectively with the Physical Therapist
- Knowledge of therapeutic needs and patient presentations
- Experience participating in patient Plan of care meetings
- Ability to record treatment notes and progress notes accurately
- Compliance with billing policies and procedures
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $32-39 PER HOUR

Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Colorado
- Experience in a long-term care facility
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic interventions and patient assessments
- Experience in documenting patient progress and creating discharge summaries
- Adherence to billing and coding guidelines
