About the Role
Sentara Therapy Center Greenbrier is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant in Chesapeake, Virginia. This is a full-time day shift position with great benefits. As a Physical Therapist Assistant with Sentara, you will administer physical therapy treatments and procedures under the supervision of a physical therapist. You may assist in the development of treatment plans, carry out routine functions, and document the progress of treatment within the scope of treatment plans established by a physical therapist. Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) RQI
