About the role

We are looking for a versatile and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in the South Charlotte area supporting a luxury 55+ community. This unique role offers the best of both worlds: the collaborative environment of our outpatient clinic and the personalized, one‑on‑one impact of outpatient home visits. This is a perfect opportunity for a PTA who enjoys variety in their day and wants to grow alongside a flourishing practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality manual therapy and exercise‑based treatments.
• Conduct outpatient home visits for local patients, ensuring they receive top‑tier care in a comfortable environment.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
• Provide wellness classes or personal training formats for patients.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience (outpatient experience preferred).
• Licensure: Active North Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Flexibility: Comfortable traveling to community.
• Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a patient‑centered approach to care.
