Physical Therapy Assistant
About the role
The Physical Therapy Assistant implements patient's individualized treatment plan as established by the primary physical therapist to optimize the functional abilities and skills of patient's. You will works with other members of the rehabilitation team to implement programs consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patient. Instructs/Communicates with patients, families and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the physical therapy treatment program under the supervision of the physical therapist. You will provide timely written documentation as required by insurance provider to meet licensing, certification, regulatory and reimbursement requirements and support and participate in department operations and development.
Responsibilities

- Supports and participates in department operations and development
Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA accredited school physical therapy
- Current California Physical Therapy Assistant License
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification, approved by the AHA
Qualifications
Demonstrates respectful conversation in tone and content. Assures patient privacy. Actively involves the parent/guardian in care/teaching.

We have 13 pay increments on our clinical pay scales to compensate successful candidate for 30 years of relevant experience
Compensation Range $37.00 - $52.75 / hour
