About the role
Physical Therapy Assistant supporting inpatient rehabilitation for adults with neurological, orthopedic, and complex medical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by physical therapists.
- Guide therapeutic exercises and assist with mobility and activities of daily living (ADL) training.
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and techniques.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
