Physical Therapy Assistant

About the Role

Newberry County Memorial Hospital is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. Under the direct supervision of a licensed physical therapist, you will administer optimal patient care by planning, organizing, and implementing a physical therapy program, including assessment, documentation, and treatment of individual patients. This position primarily serves pediatric outpatients but will flex to cover both inpatient and outpatient adults as needed. Shifts are primarily weekdays with occasional weekend rotation.

Requirements

• Current or temporary licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in South Carolina.
• BLS certification required.
• Prior clinical Physical Therapy Assistant experience preferred.
