About the Role
Support resident-centered rehabilitation programs in a skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists with implementing individualized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities.
- Prepare treatment areas and maintain equipment to ensure smooth therapy sessions.
- Document resident progress accurately and consistently.
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to support resident needs and care plans.
