Physical Therapy Assistant

Role: Physical Therapy Assistant Responsibilities: Support licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative care to diverse patients.Implement treatment plans and guide patients through therapeutic exercises.Assist with mobility, transfers, and restoring functional independence.Document patient progress accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure coordinated care.Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and care strategies.
