Physical Therapy Assistant

About the Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital—a joint operation with Lifepoint Health—you will contribute to our mission of providing superior patient care that exceeds industry standards and patient expectations. Responsibilities
- Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT).
- Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines.
- Monitor patient responses and report progress to the PT.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
- Current PTA license in the state of practice.
- CPR certification required.
- Rehabilitation or acute care experience preferred.
- Inpatient or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
